Wonderful staff, ever so empathetic when we had to say goodbye to our beloved rabbit Buster. Jade the exotics vet has the best expertise. They let us sit with Buster for as long as we needed and let his cage mate say goodbye. Beautiful location too. They even sent a card and seeds in memory of Buster.

My labrador hurt his foot out walkies. There was some blood on the floor and he was limping a bit. I phoned Elston vets for help and advice at half past five. We were in and saw the vet by five forty, exam, a shot of painkillers and a plan, and home by 6pm. Exceptional service! Thank you!
Response from the owner:Thank you for your kind comments, they are really appreciated. Of course we'd do anything for Henry! Thanks so much 🐾🥰
