Elston Vets supports the investigation and welcomes a regulation review, as the regulations are outdated.
Due to current regulations, we cannot buy medications at the same price that they are sold out on the internet. (We are asked about this from time to time, and we appreciate that this is hard to understand, but it is currently out of our control.)
We are independently owned and are happy to have this status.
We try to give an estimate for all treatments and will always recommend what we consider is the best option for the patient.
We are happy to be asked about costs and to look at cheaper alternatives. We will discuss the pros and cons of these so you, as the client, can make an informed decision for your pet.
We are always happy to answer your questions.
